It was always assumed that liquid yeast was much better than dry yeast. The majority of brewing forums say that dry yeast should only be used as a last resort. Mangrove has definitely changed all of that. This yeast is incredible and really healthy. It's fermentation time is much quicker and I think it has a much better attenuation than liquid yeast. The other nice thing is if you are making a really big beer just pitch two packs. They are only $4.99 each and you don't have to make a starter. I can't wait to taste the Christmas Stout I made with this yeast.
