Bold and black, yet sweet and subtle. This recipe offers all of the chocolate and roasted notes that you would expect from a Stout. Lactose (milk sugar) adds body and contributes to the thick, creamy head and mildly sweet finish. This is a great recipe to experiment with additives such as coffee, vanilla, chocolate -- you name it!
