We encourage pre-ordering online (which requires initially setting up a web account). If you receive a message saying your username is already in use this means you have an active account and just need to request a password reset to continue. Please don't set up a another account because this splits your Loyalty Points. We process orders in the same order received and will call you when ready for pickup. All-grain orders that need milling take the longest to prepare so please plan ahead.
